Climber Falls 1000 Feet and Lives

climber, Adam Potter, falls 1000 feet and livesSaturday, a 36-year-old climber in Adam Potter fell 1000 feet during his attempt to climb Sgurr Choinnich Mor in the Grampian Mountains.

 

It was a simple slip and fall that forced him to endure the horrendous accident.  He went unconscious by the time the fall ended. Potter awoke simply trying to figure out a way home and not a second thought about tending to his wounds.

 

Potter would be soon take to Southern General Hospital where he was informed about his back being broken in three places.  There was no damage to his spine.

 

Potter still aims to climb Mount Everest.
